Bali Entry Requirements 2026
Visiting Bali? Here’s the paperwork bit (don’t worry, it’s not that bad)
Bali is all coconuts, sunsets and good vibes… but first, paperwork.
Before you mentally check into a beach club, here are the three things the Indonesian Government actually wants from you—with links, costs, and zero guesswork.
1. The Visa (aka: your golden ticket)
Official site:
https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/
(Yes, it looks a little “early 2000s”. Yes, it works.)
You’ll need:
A passport-style photo
PDFs of your passport and itinerary
A small amount of patience
You can apply up to 90 days before arrival.
Staying under 60 days?
Choose B1 – Tourist Visa On Arrival
Cost: 500,000 IDR
Valid for 30 days
Extend once for another 30 days (another 500,000 IDR)
Staying longer than 60 days?
Choose C1 – 60 Day Tourist Visa
Cost: 1,000,000 IDR
Can be extended twice (60 days each time)
Total stay: up to 180 days
Need to email Immigration?
evisa@imigrasi.go.id or contact@imigrasi.go.id
2. ALL INDONESIA (Customs + Health, now in one go)
Official site:
https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/
Good news: customs and health declarations are now one single form.
Cost: Free
Timing: Within 3 days of arrival
Bonus: If you’re doing a B1 Visa On Arrival, you can submit and pay for it at the end of this form.
Efficiency. We love to see it.
3. Bali Tourist Levy (new, but mandatory)
Official site:
https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id/
Cost: 150,000 IDR
Can be done up to 180 days before arrival
Or up to 60 days after (for the procrastinators)
Can’t be bothered doing it online?
You can do all of this on arrival if you prefer to live dangerously (or just ran out of time).
EDIT: Applied for your eVisa but it won’t let you pay?
Classic.
Try this workaround:
Enter your passport number
Enter your country of citizenship
Enter your date of birth
Scroll right (yes, really) to see your status — it should say “awaiting payment”
Click Detail
Scroll right again and click Make Payment
Because nothing says “holiday” like horizontal scrolling.
Paperwork done. Beach mode activated.
Happy travels.
